Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and, optionally, your role. When you contact us, we collect whatever you share in that message.

Information collected automatically. We collect basic technical information about your visit (IP address, browser, device type, referring URL) through standard server logs. We use Vercel analytics for aggregated, privacy-respecting traffic stats. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies. The Site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Functional cookies may be used by Vercel for hosting; these are essential to serving the site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you the waitlist confirmation email and, when early access opens, the launch notification.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• Respond to messages you send us.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the Site:

• Vercel for hosting and edge delivery.
• Resend for transactional email delivery (waitlist confirmations, launch notifications).

These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, when necessary to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until launch and for a reasonable period after, so we can send you launch communications. You can ask us to delete your email at any time by writing to privacy@tackpile.com. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@tackpile.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, access controls, least-privilege) and rely on our infrastructure providers' security programs. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever suffer a breach that affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

TackPile is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

TackPile is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as TackPile evolves. We will update the "Effective" date at the top and, for material changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email.
